Go to Account – Account Settings – Account Security – click Change. Check box (secure browsing), click Save. FB has automatically set it on the non-secure setting!

While signing up on any site we find it boring to fill in all the details. Sometimes we don’t even care to have a secure password on our account. This is a very dangerous situation and anyone can hack your account merely by knowing your username and guessing the password. Yes! One can easily hack your account by guessing the password if you have not selected a secure one. Let us have a look at some safety tips and the most common passwords used by users over the internet and also how to keep a secure password.

Well, to start with let me give you some safety tips. Never disclose your password to any website you don’t have sufficient information about. This will enhance the chances of your account getting hacked. Nowadays hacking is not just for fun but has turned into a profession. We, today, have full-time hackers who are ready to steal money from your bank account and turn you into a full-time beggar. Sounds funny but it is true. Never ever disclose your password to anyone. Anyone actually includes anyone including your closest friend, your mom, your father, girlfriend, sister, brother, relatives, etc. You never know who will betray you and will turn your online image into the most bizarre one! So, it is very essential to keep your password to yourself. Always remember to keep a different password on each site. This is very important in case that someone finds out password of one of your email account he/she can actually hack each and every account on other sites if you have the same password on every account. Now, the most common problem is that some of us are unable to recall so many passwords, isn’t it? So, you can do one thing that is you can save a list of your password on a word document and then store that word document in a folder. Then find a program online which password locks your folders. After this password lock the folder in which you have stored your list of passwords. Thus, your passwords are now safe. You should also have a good anti-spyware on your computer. Anti-virus and anti-spyware are two different things. Anti-virus removes harmful viruses from your computer while anti-spyware removes spywares which spy on your computer, adwares which repeatedly disturb you by showing ads. So, it is necessary to have both anti-spyware and anti-virus on your computer. Take a note of all these safety tips while on the internet.
